ZGXF系列真空感應懸浮熔煉爐
真空懸浮熔煉爐是(shi)(shi)(shi)用水冷(leng)坩(gan)堝(guo)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應真空懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)方(fang)法(fa)(fa),是(shi)(shi)(shi)在真空條(tiao)件下(xia)將所熔(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)的(de)金(jin)(jin)屬或(huo)非(fei)(fei)金(jin)(jin)屬固體爐(lu)料,置于感(gan)應線圈所形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)的(de)高(gao)(gao)頻或(huo)中頻交變電(dian)(dian)場中,并利用通(tong)水冷(leng)卻的(de)金(jin)(jin)屬坩(gan)堝(guo)作為磁(ci)場的(de)“聚(ju)能器”,使能源磁(ci)場能量集中于坩(gan)堝(guo)容積(ji)空間,進(jin)而在爐(lu)料的(de)表層附近形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)強大的(de)渦電(dian)(dian)流(liu),一(yi)方(fang)面釋放(fang)出焦耳熱使爐(lu)料溶化,另一(yi)方(fang)面形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)洛侖(lun)茲力(li)場使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)體懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(或(huo)半(ban)懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu))和(he)攪拌。由于磁(ci)懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)的(de)作用,使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)體與坩(gan)堝(guo)內壁脫離接(jie)觸(chu),這樣熔(rong)(rong)(rong)體與坩(gan)堝(guo)壁之間的(de)散熱行為由傳導(dao)散熱改(gai)變為輻射(she)散熱,從而導(dao)致散熱速度(du)聚(ju)減(jian)。使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)體可達到(dao)很高(gao)(gao)的(de)溫度(du),(1700℃—2000℃)宜于熔(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)高(gao)(gao)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)點金(jin)(jin)屬或(huo)其合(he)金(jin)(jin)。更重(zhong)要的(de)方(fang)面是(shi)(shi)(shi):熔(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)時(shi)爐(lu)料的(de)懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)將有(you)效防止爐(lu)料與坩(gan)堝(guo)壁接(jie)觸(chu)所帶來(lai)(lai)(lai)的(de)污染。宜于獲(huo)得高(gao)(gao)純(chun)度(du)或(huo)極(ji)活(huo)潑的(de)金(jin)(jin)屬與非(fei)(fei)金(jin)(jin)屬材料。再者(zhe),水冷(leng)坩(gan)堝(guo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)通(tong)過感(gan)應線圈的(de)中頻或(huo)高(gao)(gao)頻電(dian)(dian)流(liu)來(lai)(lai)(lai)控(kong)制(zhi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)體的(de)升溫和(he)懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu),因而有(you)可能實現(xian)很好的(de)控(kong)制(zhi)能力(li),同時(shi)感(gan)應加(jia)熱方(fang)法(fa)(fa)本身(shen)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)一(yi)種非(fei)(fei)接(jie)觸(chu)的(de)加(jia)熱方(fang)式,避免了用等離子束(shu)、電(dian)(dian)子束(shu)等加(jia)熱方(fang)法(fa)(fa)給坩(gan)堝(guo)和(he)金(jin)(jin)屬溶液帶來(lai)(lai)(lai)的(de)沖擊與揮發。這方(fang)面水冷(leng)坩(gan)堝(guo)感(gan)應熔(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)有(you)著特殊的(de)意義(yi)。
