ZGXF系列真空感應懸浮熔煉爐
真空懸浮熔煉爐是(shi)用(yong)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)電磁感(gan)應真空懸浮熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)方(fang)法,是(shi)在真空條件下將所熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)或(huo)非(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)固體(ti)(ti)爐(lu)料(liao),置于(yu)(yu)感(gan)應線(xian)圈(quan)所形(xing)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高頻(pin)或(huo)中(zhong)頻(pin)交變電場(chang)(chang)(chang)中(zhong),并(bing)利用(yong)通水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)卻的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)作(zuo)為磁場(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“聚能器”,使能源磁場(chang)(chang)(chang)能量集中(zhong)于(yu)(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)容積空間(jian),進(jin)而在爐(lu)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表層附近形(xing)成(cheng)強大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)渦電流,一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)釋放(fang)出焦耳熱(re)使爐(lu)料(liao)溶(rong)化,另一(yi)方(fang)面(mian)形(xing)成(cheng)洛侖茲力(li)場(chang)(chang)(chang)使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)(ti)懸浮(或(huo)半懸浮)和攪拌。由于(yu)(yu)磁懸浮的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong),使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)(ti)與(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)內(nei)壁脫(tuo)離(li)接觸,這樣(yang)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)(ti)與(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)壁之間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)散(san)熱(re)行為由傳導散(san)熱(re)改變為輻(fu)射(she)散(san)熱(re),從而導致散(san)熱(re)速度聚減。使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)(ti)可(ke)達(da)到很高的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度,(1700℃—2000℃)宜于(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)高熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)點(dian)金(jin)屬(shu)或(huo)其合金(jin)。更(geng)重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)面(mian)是(shi):熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)時爐(lu)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)懸浮將有效防(fang)止爐(lu)料(liao)與(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)壁接觸所帶來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)污染。宜于(yu)(yu)獲得(de)高純度或(huo)極活潑的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)與(yu)非(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)材料(liao)。再者,水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)是(shi)通過感(gan)應線(xian)圈(quan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)頻(pin)或(huo)高頻(pin)電流來控制熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)和懸浮,因而有可(ke)能實現很好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)控制能力(li),同時感(gan)應加熱(re)方(fang)法本(ben)身就(jiu)是(shi)一(yi)種非(fei)接觸的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)加熱(re)方(fang)式,避免(mian)了用(yong)等(deng)(deng)離(li)子(zi)束、電子(zi)束等(deng)(deng)加熱(re)方(fang)法給坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)和金(jin)屬(shu)溶(rong)液帶來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊與(yu)揮(hui)發。這方(fang)面(mian)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)感(gan)應熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)方(fang)法有著特殊的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)意義。
