ZGXF系列真空感應懸浮熔煉爐
真空懸浮熔煉爐是用(yong)水冷坩(gan)堝(guo)電磁(ci)(ci)感(gan)應真空(kong)懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)方(fang)(fang)法,是在真空(kong)條件下(xia)將所(suo)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)或非(fei)(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)固體(ti)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料,置于(yu)感(gan)應線(xian)圈所(suo)形成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)頻或中(zhong)(zhong)頻交(jiao)變(bian)電場(chang)中(zhong)(zhong),并利用(yong)通(tong)水冷卻的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)坩(gan)堝(guo)作(zuo)為磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)“聚(ju)能(neng)器(qi)”,使(shi)能(neng)源磁(ci)(ci)場(chang)能(neng)量集中(zhong)(zhong)于(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)容(rong)積空(kong)間,進而在爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表層(ceng)附近形成(cheng)強大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)渦電流,一(yi)(yi)方(fang)(fang)面釋放出焦(jiao)耳熱(re)(re)(re)使(shi)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料溶(rong)(rong)化,另一(yi)(yi)方(fang)(fang)面形成(cheng)洛侖茲力(li)場(chang)使(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(或半懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu))和攪拌。由(you)于(yu)磁(ci)(ci)懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong),使(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)與(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)內壁(bi)脫離接觸,這樣熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)與(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)壁(bi)之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)散熱(re)(re)(re)行為由(you)傳導(dao)(dao)散熱(re)(re)(re)改(gai)變(bian)為輻(fu)射(she)散熱(re)(re)(re),從而導(dao)(dao)致(zhi)散熱(re)(re)(re)速度(du)聚(ju)減(jian)。使(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)可達(da)到很(hen)高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du),(1700℃—2000℃)宜(yi)(yi)于(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)高(gao)(gao)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)點金(jin)屬(shu)或其合金(jin)。更重要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)面是:熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)時爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)將有(you)效防止爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料與(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)壁(bi)接觸所(suo)帶來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)污染。宜(yi)(yi)于(yu)獲(huo)得高(gao)(gao)純度(du)或極活(huo)潑的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)與(yu)非(fei)(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)材(cai)料。再者(zhe),水冷坩(gan)堝(guo)是通(tong)過感(gan)應線(xian)圈的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)頻或高(gao)(gao)頻電流來控制熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)和懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu),因而有(you)可能(neng)實現很(hen)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)控制能(neng)力(li),同(tong)時感(gan)應加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方(fang)(fang)法本身(shen)就是一(yi)(yi)種非(fei)(fei)接觸的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方(fang)(fang)式,避免了用(yong)等(deng)離子束、電子束等(deng)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方(fang)(fang)法給坩(gan)堝(guo)和金(jin)屬(shu)溶(rong)(rong)液帶來的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊與(yu)揮發。這方(fang)(fang)面水冷坩(gan)堝(guo)感(gan)應熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)方(fang)(fang)法有(you)著(zhu)特殊的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)意義。
