真空感應熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)爐(lu)主要用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于各類高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)合(he)金、鐵(tie)基、鎳(nie)基合(he)金及(ji)某些(xie)有色金屬及(ji)其合(he)金在真空(kong)狀態或惰性(xing)氣體保護下,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)中頻感(gan)應(ying)(ying)加熱的(de)(de)原理進行熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)化、冶(ye)煉(lian)(lian)、澆鑄成型。該爐(lu)也適用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于釹鐵(tie)硼稀土合(he)金原料(liao)的(de)(de)真空(kong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)化和冶(ye)煉(lian)(lian)。我所(suo)已為國內多家(jia)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)制造了多臺從50kg到(dao)500kg的(de)(de)真空(kong)感(gan)應(ying)(ying)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)爐(lu),用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)合(he)金及(ji)精密合(he)金的(de)(de)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)化和冶(ye)煉(lian)(lian)。周期式真空(kong)感(gan)應(ying)(ying)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)爐(lu)的(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)溫(wen)(wen)度一般取決(jue)于坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)(guo)材料(liao),當用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)氧化鎂做坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)(guo)材料(liao)時,冶(ye)煉(lian)(lian)溫(wen)(wen)度高(gao)可達(da)(da)到(dao)1700℃;用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)氧化鋯做坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)(guo)材料(liao)時可達(da)(da)1900℃,而當用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)石墨坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)(guo)可達(da)(da)到(dao)2000℃,用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)可根(gen)據(ju)自己熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)材料(liao)來選擇坩(gan)堝(guo)(guo)(guo)材料(liao)種(zhong)類。
