ZGXF系列真空感應懸浮熔煉爐
真空懸浮熔煉爐是用水冷(leng)坩(gan)堝(guo)電(dian)磁感應(ying)真空懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)方(fang)(fang)法(fa),是在真空條件下將(jiang)(jiang)所(suo)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)的(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)或(huo)非(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)固體爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料(liao),置(zhi)于(yu)感應(ying)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)所(suo)形成(cheng)的(de)(de)高(gao)頻(pin)或(huo)中(zhong)(zhong)頻(pin)交變電(dian)場中(zhong)(zhong),并利用通水冷(leng)卻的(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)坩(gan)堝(guo)作(zuo)為磁場的(de)(de)“聚(ju)(ju)能器(qi)”,使(shi)(shi)(shi)能源磁場能量集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)于(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)容(rong)積空間,進而(er)在爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料(liao)的(de)(de)表層附近形成(cheng)強大的(de)(de)渦電(dian)流,一方(fang)(fang)面(mian)釋放出焦(jiao)耳熱(re)(re)使(shi)(shi)(shi)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料(liao)溶(rong)化,另一方(fang)(fang)面(mian)形成(cheng)洛侖茲力場使(shi)(shi)(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮(或(huo)半(ban)懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮)和(he)攪拌。由于(yu)磁懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮的(de)(de)作(zuo)用,使(shi)(shi)(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體與(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)內壁(bi)(bi)(bi)脫離(li)接觸(chu),這(zhe)(zhe)樣熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體與(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)之間的(de)(de)散熱(re)(re)行(xing)為由傳(chuan)導(dao)散熱(re)(re)改變為輻射(she)散熱(re)(re),從而(er)導(dao)致(zhi)散熱(re)(re)速度聚(ju)(ju)減。使(shi)(shi)(shi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體可(ke)達到很(hen)(hen)高(gao)的(de)(de)溫度,(1700℃—2000℃)宜于(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)高(gao)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)點金(jin)屬(shu)或(huo)其合金(jin)。更重要的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)是:熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)時爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料(liao)的(de)(de)懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮將(jiang)(jiang)有(you)效(xiao)防止爐(lu)(lu)(lu)料(liao)與(yu)坩(gan)堝(guo)壁(bi)(bi)(bi)接觸(chu)所(suo)帶來(lai)的(de)(de)污染。宜于(yu)獲得(de)高(gao)純(chun)度或(huo)極活潑(po)的(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)與(yu)非(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)材料(liao)。再者,水冷(leng)坩(gan)堝(guo)是通過感應(ying)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)頻(pin)或(huo)高(gao)頻(pin)電(dian)流來(lai)控制(zhi)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體的(de)(de)升(sheng)溫和(he)懸(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)浮,因而(er)有(you)可(ke)能實現很(hen)(hen)好的(de)(de)控制(zhi)能力,同時感應(ying)加(jia)熱(re)(re)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)本身就(jiu)是一種非(fei)接觸(chu)的(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)(re)方(fang)(fang)式,避免(mian)了用等(deng)離(li)子束(shu)、電(dian)子束(shu)等(deng)加(jia)熱(re)(re)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)給坩(gan)堝(guo)和(he)金(jin)屬(shu)溶(rong)液帶來(lai)的(de)(de)沖擊(ji)與(yu)揮發(fa)。這(zhe)(zhe)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)水冷(leng)坩(gan)堝(guo)感應(ying)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)有(you)著特殊(shu)的(de)(de)意義。
