真空懸浮熔煉爐是(shi)(shi)用(yong)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)感(gan)應(ying)(ying)真空(kong)(kong)懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)熔(rong)(rong)煉(lian)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa),是(shi)(shi)在真空(kong)(kong)條件下(xia)將(jiang)所熔(rong)(rong)煉(lian)的(de)(de)金(jin)屬或(huo)(huo)非(fei)金(jin)屬固體(ti)爐料(liao),置于感(gan)應(ying)(ying)線圈所形(xing)成的(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)頻或(huo)(huo)中頻交變(bian)電(dian)場中,并利用(yong)通(tong)水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)的(de)(de)金(jin)屬坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)作為(wei)磁(ci)(ci)場的(de)(de)“聚(ju)(ju)能(neng)器(qi)”,使(shi)(shi)能(neng)源磁(ci)(ci)場能(neng)量集中于坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)容(rong)積空(kong)(kong)間,進(jin)而在爐料(liao)的(de)(de)表層附近形(xing)成強大的(de)(de)渦電(dian)流(liu),一(yi)(yi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面釋放出焦耳熱(re)(re)(re)(re)使(shi)(shi)爐料(liao)溶化,另一(yi)(yi)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面形(xing)成洛侖茲力場使(shi)(shi)熔(rong)(rong)體(ti)懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)(或(huo)(huo)半懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu))和攪拌。由(you)于磁(ci)(ci)懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)作用(yong),使(shi)(shi)熔(rong)(rong)體(ti)與坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)內壁脫離接觸,這(zhe)樣(yang)熔(rong)(rong)體(ti)與坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)壁之間的(de)(de)散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)行為(wei)由(you)傳導散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)改(gai)變(bian)為(wei)輻射(she)散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而導致散(san)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)速度(du)聚(ju)(ju)減。使(shi)(shi)熔(rong)(rong)體(ti)可(ke)達(da)到很高(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du),(1700℃—2000℃)宜于熔(rong)(rong)煉(lian)高(gao)(gao)熔(rong)(rong)點(dian)金(jin)屬或(huo)(huo)其(qi)合金(jin)。更(geng)重要(yao)的(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面是(shi)(shi):熔(rong)(rong)煉(lian)時(shi)爐料(liao)的(de)(de)懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)將(jiang)有(you)效防止爐料(liao)與坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)壁接觸所帶(dai)來的(de)(de)污染。宜于獲得高(gao)(gao)純度(du)或(huo)(huo)極(ji)活(huo)潑的(de)(de)金(jin)屬與非(fei)金(jin)屬材料(liao)。再者,水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)是(shi)(shi)通(tong)過感(gan)應(ying)(ying)線圈的(de)(de)中頻或(huo)(huo)高(gao)(gao)頻電(dian)流(liu)來控(kong)制熔(rong)(rong)體(ti)的(de)(de)升溫(wen)和懸(xuan)(xuan)浮(fu)(fu)(fu),因而有(you)可(ke)能(neng)實(shi)現很好的(de)(de)控(kong)制能(neng)力,同時(shi)感(gan)應(ying)(ying)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa)本身(shen)就是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)種非(fei)接觸的(de)(de)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方(fang)(fang)(fang)式,避免了用(yong)等(deng)離子(zi)束(shu)(shu)、電(dian)子(zi)束(shu)(shu)等(deng)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa)給坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)和金(jin)屬溶液帶(dai)來的(de)(de)沖擊與揮發。這(zhe)方(fang)(fang)(fang)面水(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)感(gan)應(ying)(ying)熔(rong)(rong)煉(lian)方(fang)(fang)(fang)法(fa)有(you)著(zhu)特殊的(de)(de)意義。
