ZGXF系列真空感應懸浮熔煉爐
真空懸浮熔煉爐是用(yong)(yong)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)電磁(ci)(ci)(ci)感應(ying)真空(kong)懸浮(fu)(fu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa),是在真空(kong)條(tiao)件下(xia)將(jiang)所熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)或非金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)固體(ti)爐料(liao),置于(yu)感應(ying)線(xian)圈所形成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)頻(pin)或中頻(pin)交變電場(chang)(chang)中,并利用(yong)(yong)通(tong)水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)卻的(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)作為磁(ci)(ci)(ci)場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)“聚能器(qi)”,使能源磁(ci)(ci)(ci)場(chang)(chang)能量集中于(yu)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)容積空(kong)間(jian)(jian),進而在爐料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)表層附近形成(cheng)強大的(de)(de)(de)(de)渦(wo)電流(liu),一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面釋放出焦耳熱(re)使爐料(liao)溶化,另一(yi)方(fang)(fang)面形成(cheng)洛侖茲力場(chang)(chang)使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)懸浮(fu)(fu)(或半懸浮(fu)(fu))和(he)攪(jiao)拌(ban)。由(you)于(yu)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)懸浮(fu)(fu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)(yong),使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)與(yu)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)內壁脫離接觸(chu),這樣熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)與(yu)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)壁之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)散熱(re)行為由(you)傳(chuan)導(dao)散熱(re)改變為輻(fu)射散熱(re),從而導(dao)致散熱(re)速度聚減(jian)。使熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)可達到(dao)很高(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫度,(1700℃—2000℃)宜于(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)高(gao)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)點金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)或其合金(jin)。更重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)面是:熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)時(shi)爐料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)懸浮(fu)(fu)將(jiang)有效防止爐料(liao)與(yu)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)壁接觸(chu)所帶來的(de)(de)(de)(de)污(wu)染。宜于(yu)獲得(de)高(gao)純度或極活潑的(de)(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)與(yu)非金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)材料(liao)。再者,水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)是通(tong)過感應(ying)線(xian)圈的(de)(de)(de)(de)中頻(pin)或高(gao)頻(pin)電流(liu)來控(kong)制熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)溫和(he)懸浮(fu)(fu),因而有可能實(shi)現很好的(de)(de)(de)(de)控(kong)制能力,同(tong)時(shi)感應(ying)加(jia)熱(re)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)本身就是一(yi)種(zhong)非接觸(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)加(jia)熱(re)方(fang)(fang)式,避(bi)免了用(yong)(yong)等(deng)離子(zi)(zi)束(shu)、電子(zi)(zi)束(shu)等(deng)加(jia)熱(re)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)給坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)和(he)金(jin)屬(shu)(shu)溶液帶來的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊與(yu)揮(hui)發。這方(fang)(fang)面水(shui)(shui)冷(leng)坩(gan)(gan)堝(guo)(guo)感應(ying)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)煉(lian)方(fang)(fang)法(fa)(fa)有著特(te)殊(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)意義。
